Final Semester is one of the most crucial phases for any student when every one of us are preparing for Campus Placements and Technical Interviews.

Even though my college has accreditation with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) I never joined it with the aim of getting recruited through Campus Placements. Right now I am just left with 35 more days to complete my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology when I decided to post this article regarding my views on Campus Placements and how to decide your initial path just after your Graduation.

I have divided the students into mainly four classes in their Final Semester of Engineering:

Class I- Recruited in Campus Placements and have decided to join the company.
Class II – Recruited but have decided to go for higher education.
Class III- Not recruited and decided to start hunting for Jobs right after their college life.
Class IV- Not recruited and decided to go for some higher studies or specialization courses.

There are insects that carry 100 times more weight of their body mass and some tiny dung beetles travel 10 miles in search of right dung.

Strengths and Weaknesses

An old American saying:

A needle fell into the forest. An eagle sees it, a deer hears it and a bear smells it.

Now a dumb human being thinks an eagle has weaknesses of not hearing and smelling well. A dear has no qualities for looking hard and to smell better and poor Bear is purely misfit to see and hear.

We all are concentrating our energies to correct and improve our weaknesses and just ignoring and under utilizing our strengths.

I know, no matter how hard I study English Literature I will never be a good writer but if I study Physics only one tenth of time I study English I may do some miracle.
